It's white, with gently curving sides, and measures 15.9 by 16.6 by 18.3 inches (HWD) and weighs 46.5 pounds—large enough that you wouldn't want to share a desk with it, though still relatively compact for its voluminous duty cycle. The front panel contains a 5-line blue, backlit LCD display, an alphanumeric keypad, and a port for a USB thumb drive, as well as several function buttons. The keypad lets administrators control access to the printer, and users can enter PIN numbers on it to access stored jobs. Although you can't preview documents on the display, before printing from the thumb drive you can print out a summary of the drive's contents, which includes filenames, file sizes, and dates.
